1. Delete your account in the C3NTR app
This page is for the C3NTR app on iPhone and Android, made by andBeyond.digital Ltd. You can delete your account yourself at any time.
- Open C3NTR and tap your picture or initials at the top of the screen.
- Under Privacy & data, tap Your data, then Delete account. (It is also at the bottom of Edit profile.)
- Enter the code we send to your phone to confirm it is you.
Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
2. Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email info@c3ntr.app with the subject Delete my C3NTR account. Tell us the phone number you sign in with and the name of your school. We will check the request is yours, delete the account and confirm in writing within one calendar month, usually much sooner.
A parent or guardian can ask for a child’s account to be deleted the same way. You can also ask the school, which can remove the membership straight away.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in, so the phone number can no longer sign in to it
- Your profile: name, nickname and photo
- Your school memberships, including join requests that were never approved, and the invitation entries your school made for you
- Your favourites, reading progress, event attendance responses and grading history
- Feedback and screenshots you sent from the app
- The push notification registration for your device
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Content you published as school staff (articles, terms, videos, announcements) belongs to the school and stays with it, with your account removed from it.
- If you are the only leader of a school that still has members or a plan, the app asks you to hand the school to another leader, or to delete the school, first. Deleting a school removes everything in it at once.
- Billing records for a school’s plan are kept by our payment provider, Stripe, for as long as accounting law requires.
- Emails you sent us stay in our mailbox until you ask us to delete them.
